- Sale items and custom-made products are not eligible for returns.

- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number.
Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
