additional cost and usually takes 2-3 business days for delivery.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to
select countries at an additional cost. Delivery times vary based on
destination and can take up to 15 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors
outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We will
do our best to keep you informed of any delays and work to resolve the issue as
quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of
receipt, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Once your order has been
processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please
contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your
request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we
are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If
for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of
receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with
instructions on how to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange. Please note
that shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for
return shipping costs.
