return any non-customized, unused, and unopened item purchased from our online
marketplace within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be
eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and
in the same condition as you received it. Please note that certain items may be
exempt from being returned, such as personalized or custom-made products. To

an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

within 48 hours of receiving the item.

with you to arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please note that we may
require photo documentation of the damaged or defective item.
